Do you need my Facebook or Instagram password?
No. You add us as a Partner from your Meta Business account during the kickoff call. You keep full ownership and can remove our access whenever you like.
How much of my time does this take?
About an hour to get started, then a few minutes a month to approve your calendar. Your crew lead just uploads job photos from their phone each week.
What if my crew forgets to send photos?
We send your crew lead a friendly reminder every Thursday. We also keep a bank of ready-made posts like tips, offers and services, so your page keeps posting either way.
What if I don't reply to the calendar?
We remind you after 24 hours. After 48 hours with no reply, the calendar counts as approved so your page never goes quiet. You can still ask for changes later.
Are the followers and comments real?
Yes. All growth is organic. We use keywords, location tags, local groups and collaborations to reach real people near you. Fake followers or fake comments are never used, because they put your account at risk.
Is the ad budget included?
No. Packages cover organic content and growth. If you want to run paid ads, the ad budget is separate and we can plan it with you.
Is there an onboarding fee or a discount?
There is no onboarding fee on any plan. You can pay month to month, or pay for 3 months together in one payment and get 15% off the package price.
Where is your team based?
Our team works remotely and schedules every post for your local US time. Your account manager replies within 24 hours during US business hours.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are month to month with 30 days' notice. We hand over all your designs and remove our access to your pages.
